More than just closing deals

We help sales teams and individuals communicate with more confidence, empathy, and authenticity—so they can build lasting relationships, not just close deals. Join us as we empower you to communicate with impact.

Our story

SpeakEASY is deeply grounded in lived experience.   Today, we help people overcome the anxiety of public speaking and find their voice with calm, grounded confidence. We believe that everyone has a voice that can move others—they just have to learn how to use it.

Our ideal clients

We work with: 1) Hesitant professionals who are ready to overcome fear and speak with confidence—so they can lead, present, and grow their careers. 2) Sales teams that want to communicate with authenticity and clarity, helping them build trust, establish rapport, and connect more effectively with clients and prospects.

Core values

At SpeakEASY, we believe that confidence isn’t a personality trait — it’s a trainable skill. A person can learn how to present ideas in a way that resonates and connects. It is possible to quickly read and adapt to different audience types. We apply these values to ensure every client we work with can communicate effectively and authentically.

Meet our Founder

Tamara Rashid is a public speaking coach for people and teams who are ready to overcome fear and speak with confidence—so they can lead, present, and grow their careers.  SpeakEasy was founded as a result of Tamara being regularly approached with requests to "teach me how you do it."  With the support of a mentor, Tamara learned how to command a room and speak with clarity, confidence, and presence and found her calling in helping others do the same. Today, she helps professionals who feel anxious, unsure, or out of place, find their voice and speak with calm, grounded confidence. SpeakEasy coaching is practical, empowering, and tailored to personalities—not someone else’s idea of what a “good speaker” should be; finding client's authentic voices.

"SpeakEASY helped our sales team connect with clients on a deeper level, resulting in significantly improved relationships and a boost in sales."
